Office Assistant Needed for Real Estate Office!
This position is for an office assistant to provide administrative support to realtors in a local real estate office.
Job duties will primarily be assisting realtors with inputting listings, creating photo galleries and listing files, creating and printing flyers and marketable material, uploading all paperwork needed, as well as helping to execute the purchase and sale agreements through escrow to closing.
Secondary job duties will include answering phones, meeting and greeting clients, coordinating meetings, using computer programs to create correspondence, check emails, and collect materials for meetings and appointments, as well as filing and dealing with bank deposits.
