Job Description
O So Kleen Inc - Office Assistant
 
Office Assistant Position:
Monday –Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
  • Assist Office manager with administrative duties as requested
  • Assume receptionist duties, greet customers and refer them to the appropriate staff members, answer multi-line phone calls, route calls and take messages
  • Schedule customers for services
  • Data entry into company data base
  • Invoicing
  • Accounts receivables
  • Email and scan documents
  • Maintains office filing, storage systems and housekeeping in offices & breakroom
  • Records minutes of meetings and providing the resulting documents as necessary
  • Sorts and distributes mail
  • Maintains inventory of the necessary office forms and supplies
  • Daily, weekly and monthly job tasks
  • Other duties as assigned.
 
The office Assistant must be proficient with Microsoft Word, typing skills, outstanding customer service skills, strong software and data entry skills and the ability to multitask and work with interruptions.
* Requirements: Outstanding Customers service skills, Team player, Basic Office Skills, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and Basic QuickBooks
* Compensation: Salary: Depending on Experience
