About Us
Our office is busy and need a team of highly dependable staff to run efficiently. The ability to multitask while staying focused on patient care with an eye for details and accuracy is a must. Being able to interact with patients of all ages from new born to the elderly is necessary.
We have high expectation for work ethic, honesty, integrity and team work. We come in early and stay late when necessary until our patients are taken care of. We do whatever is required and think outside the box to get the job done. We listen and communicate clearly and accurately to provide a peaceful, team oriented working environment. We strive to be role models of health by adopting healthy lifestyle, diet and exercise.
Job Description
Answering phone, sending emails and fax
Scheduling
Check patients in and out
Taking payments, maintaining accurate ledger
Going over care plan/financials
Ability to cross train and support front and back office work
Marketing – Internal and External
Chart Administration
Ordering and Inventory Control
Supporting doctors
Write letters, produce simple flyers to announce office events
Take vitals
Anything and everything else that is required to keep the office running
Schedule
This is a full-time position offering 30 – 40 hrs per week. 
Qualification
Min 2 years prior work experience in a medical office or office setting.
Proven track record being a dependable employee and team player.
Being able to take on any task that is required of the job.
Being willing to work with occasional changing time schedule
Excellent verbal and written skills required
Ability to learn and apply training fast
Ability to remain calm, problem solve and defuse tense situations
